Description

For testing of seal integrity of sachets, bags, bottles, blister-packs, strip-packs, and containers in compliance with ASTM Test Method D3078

Operation :

The sample is submerged into the vacuum vessel filled with a mixture of water and dye. Vacuum is created inside the vessel and maintained for a specific length of time. When vacuum is released, any punctured package will draw in dye revealing the imperfect seal.

•	Integrated high precision real-time clock system for machine timing
•	Advanced 24-bit High Speed Differential Delta-Sigma Analog to Digital Converter to convert analog pressure sensor signals to digital signals for microprocessor. Achieved resolution for pressure measurement is 0.001 Kpa
•	Temperature compensated high precision pressure sensor
•	Build-in vacuum valves and fittings
•	Solid state relays for switching vacuum valves and vacuum pump
•	Integrated DC power supply unit
